Vinification: Traditional system — destemming and maceration in contact with the skin.
Ageing in Wood: 12 months in selected barrels of American white oak. Traditional racking system from barrel to barrel every 5 months.
Characteristics: Intense ruby and brilliant colour. The elegance of the maturity and light tinges of its varieties dominate on the nose. Tasty and very long on palate.
Saving Temperature: 18 °C
Suggestions: We recommend you to combine it with all kind of meats and fowl.
